Looking for a home for telesales FE with a good crm

With the exception of Greg, myself, and maybe 2 others, I don't recall anyone in this forum supporting telesales as a successful business model. This includes pre- and post COVID-19. Have your views changed? What is it you feel about the company recommended above that makes their telesales training worth the fee? Please advise.

Kathy's been doing this for a number of years. She does offer the training to non-contracted agents for a fee but does give it to her agents for free (as of this moment.)

Entourage agents also get a discount, so we push everyone to take her class. All of our managers offer some way for the agent to get the fee back after they write their first couple apps.

All I know for sure is there have been tons of agencies selling over the phone. Utilizing technology and automation is one key, quality training is another. Then, of course, I think it's necessary to have a good retention process.

Bottom line is that I've seen agents that were clueless and fumbling around, as it comes to telesales, take Kathy's course, and immediately start selling 1-2 policies a day.

She's been getting great reviews as well. She knows her stuff.

Kathy has a good voice for telesales. How long has she been doing FE telesales?

My agents receive free telesales training and I have 16 years experience with it. How can you justify a new agent paying her a few $100 for telesales training, especially when she's probably not very experienced?

Does she give you a kick back on these training fees? If so that's cool. That's capitalism.

No kickbacks, just a discount for any Entourage agents. She gets to utilize our 6500+ Facebook group to promote herself, we get a discount, everybody's happy. Final Expense Life Insurance and Medicare Field & Telesales Mastery

I think the biggest benefit of paying Kathy is to not have to move your contracts OR work with Senior Life haha! Some agents are happy where they're at, have their own system, lead platform etc.

Most do not. I never really talked smack about telesales. If I did, I was just parroting JD.

Brandon Smotherman also got his start doing telesales. He won a bunch of carrier trips and One Life awards back in the day doing it. And he was manually dialing aged direct mail leads lol.

It's definitely a viable option. Kathy has been with a couple of the groups that Newby recommended and she preferred to have the ability to manage and build a team along with more support when it comes to technology.

Not quite ready to launch, but for those looking for good technology...

Zoho One platform with its Campaign, Social Media, CRM, E-Sign, Subscriptions, Forms and a number of modules is an excellent platform for insurance companies. As a reseller and implementor, we have an Insurance specific version with Twilio dialing and SMS integration. Price for Zoho one is $30/Employee/Month (Annual pricing). Requires all employees to signup. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Is entourage still in business? What say you Mr. Josh? Thank you for your time. Then again, if I should receive no response, a pox on your agent auto pilot .I fully realize a pox is intended towards a person or persons but hell I don't even know Josh.Better to pox a program.
Back to stealth mode.
Good luck to all and hope we all get thru this world madness.

Not sure how to respond

I second DBGA for their CRM - I also am an advocate for telesales. I'm doing great and I just trained an agent who started in the field, how to do it over the phone. He is doing great. It's not for everyone, but it works.

Do you have to contract with senior life to get their telemarketing leads? I am new to phone sales and I am struggling!!!!
