Looking for a Mentor in Florida

I am ready to start my P & C insurance agency in Tampa and I am seeking a mentor. I have my 2/20 license and my agency license and an appointment with a carrier but I need hands on advice on how to set up my agency, software and etc. I am willing to come to you if you are willing to mentor me.
