Looking for a Secure Email Vendor

Interested in recommendations for a vendor to use that I can send secure emails.
I don't send a lot of them but need a vendor that actually works all the time and easy for the recipient to open up.

Look at Citrix ShareFile. It integrates with many agency management systems vendors such as Hawksoft, Vertafore, and Applied.
