There are plenty of Jack of all Trades IMOs. They don't really have any focus and not really great at anything but they offer everything.

It's mostly the ACA that a lot of them don't seem to offer. The Medicare side is readily available, but we've been doing ACA since it started and it's a big part of our business now. When it first started, I figured it would only be here a year or so, but here we are. The other things like life and annuities come up organically in conversation and why leave money on the table if I know I can do a good job? To me (and hopefully to my clients), it doesn't feel like I'm selling a bunch of products, it's more like I'm helping them create a plan as they move through different stages in their life.
