Looking for Career Change

I presently work in a call center sales for a well known company. My experience has been 10+ years of successful selling P & C products over the phone and some life products. I make a decent base salary and used to make decent commissions. The goals were fairly easy in the early years and as they went up over the years I became very good at selling over the phone. The goals have gone up substantially this year and are not expected to change. The downside of call center sales is everything must be done quickly, in volume, and a low talk time. The leads are warm leads thru national tv and Internet advertising.

I am looking for a change from call center to field insurance sales. Does anyone have any recommendations on which companies would be a good fit to get started? I have sold all property products and basic life products.
