Looking for Someone to Write P&C in NJ

Currently my partner and I are working group health cases in NJ. In the first year and a half we have built up a solid book of business and always get the question can you both do our P&C coverage as well. While it might be the best idea to just get our P&C as of right now the work load with our health is enough to handle. We are looking for someone that is fairly new and hungry to help us out on the P&C side of things basically referrals of our current clients which everyone knows is the best way to do business. We did have someone who we tried out for awhile but he broke 3 big time rules stood us up on important appointments, never called us back, and showed no respect for basically free money.
