I'm sure there are a number of carriers out there, but I have a hard time believing there are even 25 real players.

#1 Deciding who to do business with.
Probabaly best to work with a Worksite Specialist, as captive agents & brokers can have limited and biased offerings.
#2 Want to hear positive customer and ee feedback, as opposed to these online complaint sites, which can be nonsense.
Has anyone worked for or with with Combined Worksite or Allstate Benefits ?

Something else to add to the pot.....There is a company, you'll have to do some research, that has an exclusive agreement with Sage Scholarship Program, regarding worksite. That is a little icing that can be offered. Seems I tried contacting them last year, but lost their info. You can call Sage directly and ask. It is an IMO that does Indy worksite marketing.
