Looking to Buy IA in Michigan

As the title states I'm looking to buy a BOB in Michigan. Would like a small, somewhat new IA that just can't make it, or wants out of ownership. I'm located in Metro Detroit. If your book is Progressive, even better.

Will consider buyout along with keeping on for a few years as a producer.
