I have this client who is losing premium assistance with Cobra. Will she be allowed to be able to drop her cobra and apply for a subsidy because she is losing the premium assistance? Usually, you would only be able to do it during open enrollment but this premium assistance they are giving out because of Covid.

I have aca brokers that would be able to help her for sure. This is a life event for ACA due to the cost factor from my understanding. Its on the honor system for ACA agents it appears.
