Anyone certified for the Virginia Marketplace? I have observations

Mismatches like the no obligation tax credit estimator says the household income is low enough for 2024 to trigger the children being sent off for children's health insurance program. Yet, the 2024 plan set up for them is using that same income to give the whole family a very generous tax credit and very low deductible/out of pocket limits.
I just wrote to the admin to suggest a stronger notification to report changes that if not addressed could result in paying back a substantial part of a large tax credit
