Seems I have lost my 800 number. We have changed service providers several times in the past years. Now our 800#s have stopped working ACN where we had them for years says they do not have them, and Comcast says they never had the toll free number.

Does anyone know how I would check who the provider is for the 800 number?

Look thru old bills and statements, its gotta be in your tax records.

What a pain in the A$$. Using the suggested link I found the originator of my 800# which referred me back to ACN the original reseller. Two days of calling and it ends up that ACN blocked the number and deactivated it. There was an error back when it was to have been ported to a different carrier. Long and short, Once the number is deactivated it is gone. May be re released in the future.

I decided to move to RingCentral. Which is a better option for my business. With a 20-25% discount it cost me less than I was paying.

Now I need to re print cards and stationary. However, The rainbow to this is, I am now going to need to contact every client. And finally get everyone into Radius. This will take me the rest of the year. Calling my clients causes new apps.

Somehow. I think you'll manage the PAIN in the ass of writing all that new business.......do what you must.:1tongue:

ACN was, and probably still is, a reseller of telephony services. Always a bridesmaid, never the bride and never could match up to Excel.

The MLM telephone services were almost always doomed to fail and most of them have.

Yeah, mixed blessings. Four file cabinets of files will take a bit. But it will be a good time to get them into my CRM. Guess I can count that as lead cost. Apps is good.

That's right! I forgot it was my damn cousin that signed me up with them. Name the MLM and he has been there. Still broke.

I remember someone trying to drag me into that too. How are those video phones working out?
