Drop the old Carriers until you payback the chargebacks. Go ahead and submit a letter to IMO stating that you are sitting out for the 6 month window, ask for a payment plan, pay the payment plan and recontract with DD later.

Contract with DD now on other Carriers not tied up and start making some sales and $$ . . .
