Hello,
Anybody know when client wants to cancel after free look or annual renewal when annual premium is collected if the rules regarding this are by company policy or law that all companies must follow?
I know what some companies do, but not sure if this is uniform for all companies or by individual company policy.
I know I should know this but it is hardly ever an issue for me, at least for many years.
