MetLife goes to 100 Units of insulin per day, but be careful on the definition of type 1. Usually you have to worry about ht/wt and potential complications. Juvenile diabetes or recent? A1C control......brittle?.......etc All make a difference. Like Mr Declines to Cash said....need more info.

Not sure what your question means. LTC plans do not "mature". You can always cut back on LTC plans to save money. If it is a GPO plan you have the option of growing it. Options for after the fact changes will depend on the carrier.
