The carvedilol is going to be your biggest hurdle. I know you don't have AmCon in Ca. so that's out. The person is in Ca?
You could try Foresters and you would know since you are doing the POS. Monumental would be the very last, and I mean very last choice.
Don't even both with RNA with those meds. It's a decline with them. Not even graded with them.
Am Con is supposed to be in Ca by spring if you get turned down by others.
I know one, just remembered 5 Star. great rates, about the same as RNA and they would take this client.

Yes CA. Maybe I will call a couple companies in the AM before I head out.
Any chance you have a CA app and rates you could email me? [email protected]
Thanks

I got rid of all my 5 star stuff because they are supposed to send new apps. Give them a call at 800-776-2322. Or, www.afba.com.
I've got a rate sheet around here somewhere, but I can't find it. If I find it I will email it to you. Newby should have one if you want to check the rates before tomorrow.

Monumental is the worst company to deal with that I have ever used. As for this case, they probably wouldn't approve and, if they did, it would be standard rates and that's just too high.
As for Monumental, I'm working on a situation with them now where they screwed up and and billed the owner instead of the payor.
They now want an amendment to make the payor the payer when it was all done properly by me in the first place. Well, not an amendment, they want it in writing from the owner and payor to bill the payer. they have it all in writing from the original application, but since they screwed up they want me to do it all again. The service rep looked at it today and said, "wonder why we can't get this right?". That was after being on hold for 10 minutes twice. Still, the "supervisor" says they have to have it again.
That is nothing out of the ordinary for them. That is business as usual. I will only write them now when they are clarly better for the client. About the only time that would happen is if the person is over 80.

I sent you the 5 Star rates. I don't have an app.
I do not write them much. in quoting them Compulife shows $138.78 FEQuotes shows $112.52 Which is correct?
Thanks.
Thanks also TDF
$112.52 is the correct premium
I would appreciate it if someone would get the latest rate tables (pdf file) and shoot it to me. I'll check to see if there is a change.
