Marketers: Foresters & Monumental?

As I understand it, some insurance companies have several national marketers and some have one which is exclusive.
(I'm not talking about GAs.)
I was once told that Monumental only has one, but I don't recall the name.
In regards to final expense, can anyone tell who is (are) the highest-level national marketer(s) for Foresters & Monumental?

The top level IMO's FMO's are not generally going to give a single producer a higher contract just because they can. They just want to deal with middle level IMO's, sub-IMO's and mabe big MGA's. Your best shot for a higher contract would be to deal with a middle level IMO types.

I don't believe your information is correct with Monumental. I used to be direct with them.
I moved to an FMO to increase my contract.
