I would redo the whole website to start with...YOur home page sucks..just a bunch of links...
Jeez...that is harsh. I really enjoyed the Psychic Readings link....which linked me to another site ...which led me to Madam Garbonzo, who says she can help me find my fortune and true love through Tarot cards!
And isn't that what we all want?

The web site is an honest attempt to generate term life insurance leads. Is there anyone that can give helpful advise?

Well...for starters, if you want t/l leads, maybe that should be mentioned on the site. All that is there is links to other links to....
