Marketing for LTCi

What works best for the agents on here when it comes to marketing for LTCi. I'm not looking for free leads and give up half my commission. I have a telemarketer that does great on other lines of business for me, but she tried the LTCi and got nothing. If you're having success with LTCi, let me know what's working for you.
