Marketing Strategies for Employee Benefits

I love going against PEO's. I can replicate their services with strategic partners and save an average of $500 per EE annually.

It's actually a huge part of my marketing plan for this year.

I'm new to the term PEO. Does this term refer to the company doing the payroll? like ADP, etc.? And so, are you saying that PEO's charge over and beyond just for their services?

If so, then this is something I really need to know. I could definitely see myself being able to position myself in front of companies that use payroll services for their benefits...what a rip!

Is there a list of PEO's? I've come across a few groups that use Paychex and ADP for their payroll and benefits. Do you know if these groups "charge" fees in order to provide group benefits?
 
Is there a list? Probably. I found this one for Georgia.

I am not aware of any that go net of commission but I would imagine some collect commission and build in something extra to their admin fees on top of commissions.
