It's amazing what happens when people actually have to come out of pocket. All of a sudden, strange stuff starts happening like people choosing generic over name brand. People start "postponing" elective procedures, etc...

But unlike car insurance, health insurance won't drop you if you use it "too much". Although our president claims they do. At least they don't that in Georgia.
