Mass Mutual Position. Worth It?

I've been offered a position with Mass Mutual. This would start right after I move to a new area. I looked and there are eight insurance agencies with offices in this very small town (pop. ~560). Would it even be worth it to consider trying to break into this seemingly over-saturated market?

I'm also sure there will be others on here soon trying to get you to contract under them to sell over the phone...hahaha.

Ask the manager the questions you have. There must be something you do not know that they are still in business.

By "position" do you mean that you will be a salaried employee or a salaried manager of some type?
