Med Supp Company That Direct Bills?

I think a lot will, especially if it is changed after the policy issues. AARP in Florida won't let you set it up on direct bill, but, if the client cancels the bank draft after it's issued, they will send a bill monthly. Caution though, some companies charge $5-$10/mo as a service fee for direct bill.

Here in Cali, AARP issues a coupon book, with monthly imprinted coupons you mail in monthly. If you are going to Arizona for 5 months, simply tear out those five coupons and mail them in with a check. EFT is available. No CC pymts.
Doesn't AARP offer the coupon option in all 50 states?

Hmm...been writing AARP in FL for a while now and I have numerous clients set up on direct bill. I've even been back to the house and looked at the coupon booklet. Exact price as quoted.

Are you aware that when a client is direct billed, you get paid as-earned instead of advanced, if that's a big deal to you?

and not true. AARP (uhc) does direct bill and advances

A guy I worked with years ago handled the objection to a bank draft this way.

"Every month XYZ will bill your bank for the premium you have authorized. The bank will use the money in your checking account to pay the bill for you. No stamps. No hassle. Sign here . . .".

check with New Era Life of the Midwest (based in Houston) I believe they have direct bill.
