How can you target med supp prospects and minimize if not almost eliminate the med advantage people you will run into.
I would like to add med supps to my business, but do not want to touch MA's.
Every sale you miss that takes an MA plan, turns into a prospect later. Just keep track. A lost sale is a future prospect if they qualify or lose coverage later.
With that said, I wouldn't count on much commission on MA or Med supp by 2014....hope it doesn't happen for all you IA's out here. Perhaps you could sell diabetic shoes and inserts, heck you know the govt will continue covering them and more and more McDonalds kids will be Senior prospects with diabetes.
