I don't recall that the OP specified which state. We apparently are expected to guess.

Update:

I just called Family Life, and was told that Mississippi is the only State that has an online application..

Even more update. They told me that Utah was online.

I haven't done an online app yet but when I go into "my" system, I can pull up online apps for every state.

Perhaps it's like calling CMS. Keep asking different people until someone gives you the answer you want.

We'll be telemarketing into Utah starting in a few days and really hope the person that set me up for online apps there was correct. As I said, all the states come up but which ones they accept might be subject to question.

Standard Life and Antex both have phone and online apps in all of their states.

I have good contracts for both if you are interested. Just give me a call.

what are their rate like in Michigan

Sorry hockey, I posted a reply yesterday, don't know what happened to it.

It said that Antex is about $20 per month higher than Gerber. Standard Life is about $6 per month more than Antex. Standard Life's commissions are awesome though. Beat Gerber by a mile.
