I've got 2 plans in my area that have a MOOP under $3,450. Both HMO's. I put the free Aetna ($4,650 MOOP) side by side with Wellcare's ($3,450 MOOP) free plan and Humana's ($4,200 MOOP) free plan. Even though they have the highest MOOP of the 3, I'd go with Aetna.

I don't like Humana's $600 medical deductible, $250 drug deductible (my wife takes a Tier 4 Blood pressure med) and the drug copays are higher.
