Just a quick reminder that there are men and women scattered through out the globe standing watch. Holding the line. Under paid and over worked. Which means there are family here at home waiting for them. Trying to make ends meet. Mostly not asking for help.
There are simple ways for us to anti up, pay our dues, say thank you, lend a hand.
We can reach out to a local American Legion Post, VFW Post or the local VA.
Non military - The USMC is in the final push with this year's Toys 4 Tots drive.
Even my frail old ass can volunteer or drop of a toy and a couple buck.
