MetLife Whole Life Vs VUL

I am about to buy either a MetLife Whole Life or VUL policy (100K). I will be overfunding which ever policy I chose. Which policy would you recommend for a 31 year old male? Thanks!

Neither are the best products compared to the competition imo.

Why not mix the two and do an IUL?
Compared to Met's WL it will blow it away.
And compared to the VUL it is considerably less risky.

But MET is not the top option in either category imo. Of course if your talking to a Met career agent they would attempt to disagree.

Scagnt83, thanks for your reply! Who would be a better carrier to go through? I have only compared NYL and MetLife and MetLife seemed to be the better option.
