Hey I have a very loyal customer, to which I've spent time and efforts with. I have all of their personal lines/ Medicare/ Life and LTC policies.
This lady in particular is here in KY... but her brother (T65) is in Michigan. His wife passed away 3 weeks ago, he's retiring in a few months, and he's completely overwelmed and lost with what to do!! My customer asked me to be his voice of reason and help him navigate Medicare ~ supplement/MAPD/ or Drug plan.. to explain and help him choose a plan. HOWEVER, I'm not appointed in Michigan and it's not in my Business plan (at this point) to get a Non resident in Michigan.
So is there anyone that would be willing to go above and beyond to help this gentleman understand Medicare, what his needs will be, and make the best decisions based on his situation?
I'd appreciate any referrals for a reputable agent!
