Middle Market , High Market Specifically

is this all about pricing..For example I've read that if you want to market to high end clients..best to go with the big 4 mutuals vs middle market..can go with MoO....

so does this mean that MoO's pricing is always less compare to the other ones...sorry if this might be a stupid question..

But I wanted to understand specifically if price would be the main difference.
