New Agent- Gordon Marketing? Or a Florida FMO?

Looking for any current information on Gordon Marketing, please. I'm a new agent (but not new to the business world) and interviewing several FMO's. Based out of South Florida so lots of competition. I'm a self-starter but I need marketing plan guidance and some help figuring out the best fit. Wondering if I should stick with Florida-based FMOs for support. Gordon is promising lots of support but is based out of IN.
Any advice or suggestions for good FMO's appreciated.

You’ll need a local outfit it you’re new to insurance, most likely. You’ll need more hand holding.

Hey Seacarol, I'm using Amerilife Marketing (IMO) out of Clearwater, FL. I find that their set-up process is easy and automated. Your Milage My Vary (YMMV), but if you want more info, just let me know.
