Fire & overcut is a liability coverage dealing with the timber industry.

The only carriers that I have came across that can include a sublimit for overcut is Penn Star and Western World. There are some others like Burlington but their minimum premium is pretty steep. Acuity also does it but I don't have them I have only competed with them.

Scottsdale will do an over-cut limit as well. They also can add in the property damage for loading and unloading.

It's a sublimit often attached to the general liability for loggers. It is a sort of professional liability which gives coverage in the event the logger cuts past their boundaries either owned by the land owner or a neighboring landowner.
