More big carrier news coming

Cigna already pulled all of their PPOs in Florida for 2025. If you didn't already know, PPOs are the plans that are having a tough time being profitable
Yup, seems the HMO's are impervious to these recent changes, generally speaking.
 
That makes no sense. If no one’s using the plans where do they get the cash? The cash comes from having members enrolled in the plan.
I didn't say they weren't designed to be sold. I suggested maybe they weren't designed to be used, only to be sold so the carrier could get the money from the government.

Then when the a plan like that actually gets used and the carrier doesn't get to keep the free money from the government, well ..............
