What final expense companies have the most liberal overall underwriting outside of GI for immediate coverage? Lincoln Heritage? Who or anyone else?
How about graded?

Inreverse, LH probaly does have the most liberal underwriting without it being a GI. LH will issue someone who practically has one foot in the grave. Lincoln Heritage also pay agents on "submit" so be careful if you need to take their advance and go that route.

In most cases Lincoln Heritage will be the highest offer, not in all cases but in most. If you are speaking from the "career agent" side I have heard from several agents that their lead program is not anywhere near as good as they proclaim that it is. However, they do offer "lead financing" to all of their agents.

I worked for LH for about 2 weeks I wrote 12 deals out of 20 lead cards that I was given, within 6 months, 10 of those 12 had been replaced.... I imagine the only reason why the other 2 are still on the book is due to that, they would not qualify for coverage with another company.

I would personally go the funeral home route before I would go with LH.

Some funeral homes actually sell Lincoln Heritage but it is their upgraded product that has inflation protection built in.
