Move my book to a new agency

I work for an independent agent but I own 50% of my book. We have a contract and a predetermined price for buyout of the other half(1x annual commission)

Book revenue is about 400k. ITS ABOUT 70/30 PL/CL and the clients are high quality so I wwant to keep them.

How do I approach other agencies about working together as I don't want to be on my own but the agency owner is micromanaging me to death. I would like to bring my book to another agency with a CL & PL staff for service? What splits and services should be provided by agency vs. Myself? I am fine to pay for space and purchase my own software/hardware and other BPP
