The ADR (Accidental death rider) is a definite decline, however life can be considered as pr my understanding.
Please share the final decision out here.
Chances are without a drivers lic the case will get declined or postponed. I would wait until the lic was re instated then apply knowing he will be rated or flat extra for it.
