My 1st Month + in EFES!!

Thanks man, this board inspired me!! I havent done anything special, IMO, til I can do this on a reg month after month! I dont think this job is hard, if ur organized, persistent, consistent and trainable! If those dont come natural for you....it could be real hard!

I think the most important lesson you learned, is you can't just shove one company down people's throats...You have to have different companies in place, to meet the medical conditions seniors have...

Id agree....most of my training came from my agency, not EFES per se, and this forum would be 2nd. But I did get some golden nuggets from some of the calls I listened to from EFES!!

Sounds like a pretty good start. I'm getting ready to jump into the FE market and am in the process of narrowing down my choices to Equita and Asurance. Have seen some older posts regarding their performance ans assisting new producers, but not much of a recent nature. Anybody out there have some current experience with these IMO's and is willing to share? Don't want to make a mistake starting out.

Do they really provide the quality of leads they claim and are they supportive of new producers, etc., etc.

Just looking for more current info. Most posts are almost a year old. Things change and I'm hoping to get a better understanding of the 2 companies based on producers experiences.
