Hello Everyone!
I stumbled upon this forum while searching the web for GA contract companies. I received my license in Health/Accident in the state of Indiana in 2006 and contracted with Aflac. It did not last long since became very frustrated with the area being so saturated. We were purposely not informed of what areas that may have not had any contact. Well everywhere I went I was told I was the 5th or 6th agent that had been there within 3-6 months. By this time many business were annoyed, and I really could not blame them. Though I liked the work that experience was not at all what I expected. Being that I had to make a living it was time to move on. I have always considered returning to being an active agent but the first experience left me a bit shell shocked!
Since then I've relocated and worked in another industry but right before the holidays my company downsized and I found myself out of a job and looking at my options. What I really would like to do is work from home since I have done it before and it worked out well. I have returned to school to complete my degree so the set up would be ideal. Even though I have experience I would like some feedback on ways to re-enter into an active agent status. Your comments are most appreciated.
