So Nationwide is now sending service calls back to the agency as part of our agreement and membership with a new cluster.

I just called the service number and after jumping through all the phone tree hoops was advised that it was after business hours and I needed to call back.

This company has gone to shit over the last three years. Absolutely horrible to work with. Horrible....
 
That's the way I remember it always being with Nationwide. I called into customer service with a customer conferenced in and they forwarded the call to my upline's agency to deal with.
