NC Homeowner Insurance Carrier Needed

I need to find insurance for a homeowner in NC which needs minor repairs such as: window and door repairs. The house value is less than 90K. To clear the initial responses, I would like to find a carrier for the house as is. Owner is elderly with relatives to pay policy. Thanks for any assistance.
