Need an IMO for FE for the Individual Market

I am an employee for a worksite company. I would like to be able to offer FE to individuals and group dental and vision to my worksite clients. (My company doesn't offer these) I am happy with the company I am working for. Just want a no bs contract for these products.

I'm in north central KY. I'm also licensed in IN. Any suggestions?
