Need Banner Contract

I've got two applications for Banner completed, signed and ready to submit. Problem is that I don't have a contract and I'm pretty sure Banner doesn't go direct (or am I wrong?).

I'd prefer to work with someone who has been here for a while (as I've been here since 2007).
