Need Production Report

Hello all,

I'm new here and relatively new in the industry with about 2 years experience. A company I am interviewing with is asking for a Production Report from the carriers I've worked with to show what I've written through them. I don't know if I go through the carriers themselves or my old agency to obain such report. I am not looking to move or transfer that book of business for my contract does not allow it. I just need to show proof I was the producer on these accounts. Is this a standard request? I mean, I myself have all the info on a spreadsheet (name, policy #, premium, etc.).

P.S. The carriers I have worked with that I am looking to get such reports are Travelers and The Hartford (if that helps).

Standard request.

If you're on good terms with previous agency, that would be a good start. I can't imagine the companies would release info. from an agency's production to an outsider.

Travelers accepted the production reports I had on spread sheets.No problem , perhaps in this econcomy.
