Need Recruiting Tips

Hey All,

Just started a recruiting/marketing position and would love to get any advice at all on the best route to get qualified agents for annuity sales and estate planning. My biggest hurdle that I am facing is finding someone with decent experience that also has the marketing dollars to get started. FYI - I am not posting this to recruit. I am just looking to educate myself, as I am fairly new to the business. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If I was taking any kind of wholesaler position, I would immediately get Nick Murray's book:

The Value Added Wholesaler in the Twenty-First Century: Nick Murray: 9780966976359: Amazon.com: Books

I have not read it, but it would be where I would start to get an idea of how to be successful by helping those I work with to be successful.
