Need SC Agent for HO6

Any SC p&c guys on here? I have a client of mine who has a rental condo in Pawley's Island, SC and wants to shop it.

His renewal for his HO6 went from $583 to $759 with Lloyds (brokered through Burns & Wilcox). He says he only has $20k of contents too so I don't know if the premium is high or not for the area. Send me a PM and I'll send you his number.
