seems like a good offer to me also. id make mimimum production requirements, as well as minimum recruiting requirements if you want said agent to truly grow your agency

It would be safe to say that you would make double the amount that you previously made parttime selling investments/insurance. common 2 cents

It means they want enough posts to send PMs. I can't knock it because I tried it when I started on here, but they took away all of my first 20 posts and I had to start over with REAL posts.

I guess they don't do that anymore.
