Networking with an Aflac Rep

I am networking with an Aflac agent. I do group life and health. Any ideas on how to pay for the referral?

In the past I paid the afac rep 10%-15 of the comp.

It really depend on the quality of groups they are getting you into.

I had one rep that I was paying 30% of comp.

The problem working with these reps. is they end up stepping on the toes of current brokers.

Unless a broker brought them the case in the first place, I see no harm in it.

Yes, in the short term, but if you are working with a success aflac rep. then they will not be able to give you leads for long.
