Especially if you are just starting out, I see very little value in office space…assuming you can office from home. It’s just a very large expense that really won’t return the necessary revenue to cover the expense (at least for a while)…I operate my agency without “brick and mortar”, and if all goes according to plan, I plan on never having a commercial office.

Regarding aggregators….check out PGI. I have been with them for a couple of years now and could not be happier with my partnership with them (and I did a ton of research before settling on them)
