Hiring some new agents under me, what would you say is a reasonable/competitive commission for Group plans?
Private office, no lead system in place now. Will train on how to prospect and market.
We're talking health insurance commissions here, not a salary. I'm not paying them more than I'm making. Good agents don't need leads. I've built my book of business without leads. Good agents will learn to prospect and market my business and earn their commissions. With that being said, I'm not paying 200% to some newbie coming into my agency with me training them. How do you figure 200% is fair?
