New Agent

Ok so what should i do to get up and go

You should definitely get up and go. Even the old line career companies pay a minimum of 55% plus benefits plus bonuses and expense allowances that can get one up into the 100% range. I would not accept much less than 85% if independent.

Ask your sponsor what s/he is earning. Baltimore Life was willing to pay me 115% (imagine what I could split with others!).

My neighbor got roped in as a new agent. Told she had to give all her leads to her sponsor (who promptly signed them up). She hasn't received a dime.
