The videos reminded me of a news story I read earlier. As 2014 progresses, employers will be more likely than ever to send employees to the Exchange to purchase a policy, because the latest research says that Exchange policies already cost less than Group policies, and the gap is widening.

In this area, a lot of small employers canceled/are canceling groups and give employees a raise to help them purchase on-exchange.

P.S. Why are small group premiums increasing so dramatically this year? I thought it was the general consensus that Group Insurance was already 2014 ACA compliant, for the most part.
